SMS Terms
Program description
Lucky Duck Real Estate sends text messages to people who ask us about selling land or property. Messages are about your inquiry: replies to your questions, scheduling a call or a visit to the property, requests for property details, and updates on an offer or a closing.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the optional text message box on our property form, or by texting us first at (817) 632-5165. Checking the box is not required to submit the form and is not a condition of any sale or purchase. The box reads:
“I agree to receive text messages from Lucky Duck Real Estate about my property inquiry at the phone number I provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any sale or purchase.”
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sending us information or talking with us does not obligate you to sell, and does not obligate us to buy. Any purchase happens only under a written contract signed by both sides.
